IS EDTA CHELATION COVERED?
EDTA
Chelation is not covered by Alberta Health Care. Some private (work) insurance
companies may cover part of the therapy; however, our clinic does not do any 3rd party
billing. After each treatment our clinic will provide you with a computerized
invoice for either your insurance coverage or your personal files. If you opt to
pay for the complete program ahead of time (see below) you will receive only one
invoice.
PRE-PAYING FOR THE COMPLETE TREATMENT
PROGRAM
Patients are able to pay for the complete 20 treatment EDTA Chelation program ahead
of time. There are 2 pricing structures available and both offer a $200 savings.
If you opt to take the 20 EDTA Chelation treatments on a TWICE per week basis then
the treatments will last 10 weeks and the total costs of the program (I.V.
treatments, lab work and supplements) will be $2900 including GST.
If you opt to take the 20 EDTA Chelation treatments on a ONCE per week basis then the
treatments will last 20 weeks and the total costs of the program (I.V. treatments,
lab work and supplements) will be $3200 including GST.
