identify with their painful story which ultimately becomes their identity rather
than free themselves from the painful past, drop the heavy sack of crap & move
onto a new life. The responsibility of creating a new life terrifies them as it
is so much easier to blame others (parents, spouse, employer) for their issues.
Eventually the stress of it all creates disease...mental, physical & spiritual.
This past year Randy & I went through our pain like you described (not fun but
necessary) & have come out the other side free, compassionate, forgiving &
hopeful. Thankfully your hubby helped us address the physical fallout from the
former pain & find our way back to health...an ongoing journey that has brought
